We are launching our fresh thinking mentoring scheme
Join us for our new mentoring scheme 2021. Last year we successfully recruited and trained 32 mentors and mentees as part of a pilot scheme and this year we want to make it bigger and better. We want to hear from individuals that are interested in becoming a mentor or mentee in this ground breaking mentoring scheme for women and men around the world. If organisations are also interested in participating and/or want help with developing schemes we would like to hear from you too.
Last year mentees and mentors came together from a range of countries and committed themselves to a nine month programme. Our mentors were volunteers and came from a range of backgrounds, cultures and experiences. This is what some participants said about the scheme:

Our fresh thinking approach focuses on accessing the talent of all people, irrespective of background, hierarchy or power across diverse settings. The programme is led by Director, Mitzi Wyman, one of the UK's leading exponents of the Thinking Environment approach. Structured guidance will be provided to introduce mentors and mentees to the building blocks of the Thinking EnvironmentTM , an approach that will be of value to women and men in all aspects of their careers and development. The approach encourages mentees to do their own independent thinking with the support of mentors and is of the highest quality.
