We are launching our fresh thinking mentoring scheme
We are now recruiting for mentors and mentees, as well as wanting to hear from organisations that are willing to provide sponsorship for developing the mentoring scheme.
From January 2020 we will pilot a nine-month mentoring programme for women in public finance, no matter where they are in the world. We offer experienced mentors who are volunteers and come from a range of backgrounds, cultures and experiences.
Our fresh thinking approach focuses on accessing the talent of all people, irrespective of background, hierarchy or power across diverse settings. The programme is led by Director, Mitzi Wyman, one of the UK's leading exponents of the Thinking Environment approach. We will provide structured guidance and support introducing mentors and mentees to the building blocks of the Thinking EnvironmentTM ,an approach that will be of value to women in all aspects of their careers and development. The approach encourages mentees to do their own independent thinking with the support of mentors and is of the highest quality.
