We are proud to launch the ‘Redefining Leadership Mentoring Programme’. We were excited by the number of mentees and mentors joining from a range of countries including France, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, Belgium, Uganda, Georgia, Canada, US and the UK.
Mitzi Wyman an expert in leadership and development took participants through the ‘thinking environment’ approach, which is the cornerstone of the PFW mentoring scheme. So far, we have hosted two training and development sessions with one final one to go. This refreshing approach combined with the use of technology and diversity of participants makes the mentoring scheme unique. The first of its kind in public finance!
As some of you already know, PFW strongly believes that having women at the forefront in public finance will help overcome the lack of cognitive diversity at the top of many of the world’s major financial institutions. Our mentoring scheme is the first step on the ladder in helping to achieve this goal.
