Our door is open!
We are now recruiting for mentors and mentees, as well as wanting to hear from organisations that are willing to provide sponsorship for developing the mentoring scheme.
From January 2020 we will pilot a nine-month mentoring programme for women in public finance, no matter where they are in the world. We will offer experienced mentors who are volunteers and come from a range of backgrounds, cultures and experiences. We are looking for 15 mentors and mentees for our first cohort.
The scheme is unique in that it is both international and employs a fresh thinking approach focusing on accessing the talent of all people, irrespective of background, hierarchy or power across diverse settings. The programme is led by Director Mitzi Wyman, one of the UK’s leading exponents of the Thinking Environment approach. Structured guidance and support will be given to mentors and mentees. The approach encourages mentees to do their own independent thinking with the support of mentors and is of the highest quality.

If you would like to apply as a mentor or mentee or provide sponsorship for this programme, please refer to the criteria on the How to Apply page.
